Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tummytap, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and applicable policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Tummytap is intended to help users discover food offerings, interact with participating chefs and, where available, place orders.
Platform Role
Tummytap may provide a technology platform connecting customers with independent chefs and related service providers. The specific seller, fulfilment party, delivery arrangement and applicable charges should be shown during checkout or in the relevant listing. Tummytap does not guarantee that every listed feature or chef is available at all times.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and provide accurate, current account information. Keep your login details confidential and notify us of suspected misuse. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, safety concerns or violations of these terms.
Menus, Availability and Pricing
Menus, ingredients, portions, preparation times, delivery areas, prices, taxes, platform fees and other charges may vary and are subject to availability. The amount payable should be shown before order confirmation. Images and descriptions are illustrative; reasonable variations may occur. Chefs should keep listings accurate and disclose relevant ingredients and allergens.
Orders and Payment
An order request is subject to acceptance and availability. Payment methods and processors offered at checkout may change. Orders may be rejected or cancelled for unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery constraints or other legitimate operational reasons. Any applicable refund is handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Food Safety and Allergies
Food is prepared by participating chefs or sellers. Customers should review descriptions and communicate dietary restrictions or allergies before ordering. Cross-contact may occur in kitchens; do not assume a meal is allergen-free without explicit confirmation. Report food quality or safety concerns promptly through the published support channel. Applicable food-safety obligations remain with the responsible food business operators.
Delivery and Collection
Estimated preparation and delivery times are indicative and may be affected by traffic, weather, availability and operational conditions. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details and be reasonably available to receive the order. Delivery availability, fees and responsibility should be disclosed at checkout.
Live Streams and Community Conduct
Where live cooking, comments, reviews or chat are available, users must not harass others, post unlawful or misleading content, disclose another person’s private information, infringe intellectual property or interfere with the platform. We may moderate or remove content and restrict accounts to protect users and service integrity.
Chef and Seller Responsibilities
Participating chefs and sellers are responsible for accurate food listings, safe handling and preparation, required registrations or licences, honest representation and fulfilment of accepted orders, to the extent applicable. Separate chef or partner agreements may apply.
Intellectual Property
The Tummytap name, website design, software and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purposes. Do not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit the platform without permission, except as permitted by law.
Disclaimers and Liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential losses is excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
Suspension, Changes and Governing Law
We may update features or these terms and publish revisions with an updated effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protection and jurisdiction rules. Parties should first attempt to resolve complaints through the published support channel.
